It was great to have breakfast delivered to the room as part of the stay. The location was perfect, walkable to all parts of downtown that you would want to see. Easy to grab train and bus to get to airport.

Excellent stay in every way. Room was very nice and clean and the hotel has an elevator which was very important to us. Breakfast excellent and varied. Staff friendly and helpful. Location very central and just a short walk from the Moneda, the subway station and Plaza Armas. Close to many restaurants and pedestrian shopping street.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Downtown and walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. There is a restaurant and bar within the hotel. Absolutely perfect to start the night or just relax and read a book. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Would absolutely rebook!

"I had a very nice stay at the Puerto Mayor. It was a good value for the cost especially since it included breakfast. The hotel personnel were pleasant and the room was quiet. "Property located on top of the cliff. It has good view from the room with hot tub but beside there are nothing, the road condition is very unsafe to drive around so can stay out late, building condition is not good so can hear your next room conversation at all time."
